Who will be our guide?
All of our tours are led by Graduate Gemologist Alexis Vourvoulis (that’s me!).
Can I book directly online?
Our tours are private or very small group and we make the details of each booking highly customizable and personal to you. As such, we prefer to communicate with you directly before confirming. Once you have submitted your booking request you can expect to hear back within 24 hours.
What is your booking policy?
A non refundable security deposit of 20% is required to reserve your day and time and payment in full is due 14 days prior to the date of your booking. Payments can be paid by wire transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things happen, especially when traveling, and will always try to accommodate rescheduling the best we can. Cancellations for bookings paid in full will receive a 50% refund or a fully transferable credit valid for one year. Any cancellations within 72 hours of your booking are non refundable.
Please contact us if you will be late! If you are more than 30 minutes late we may have to cancel or reschedule, depending on the details of your booking. Should you arrive more than 30 minutes late without contacting us we will consider this a no-show and no refund will be given.
What happens if it rains?
Most of our tours are a combination of indoor and outdoor venues and therefore can be easily adjusted to accommodate bad weather. Unless otherwise notified, all of our bookings are rain or shine. Dress accordingly!
If I take a shopping tour, is there an obligation to buy?
No! You are under no obligation to purchase anything while out on a flea market or shopping tour with Bijoux Society. It’s all about the experience! Should you find something you must have while out on a tour and decide to purchase, it’s a bonus for you and never an obligation from us.
